  • A luxury living sector made up of numerous hotel-serviced apartments.

LONGEVITY

Brampton, Carlisle

Project aims:

  • Deliver a world-class wellness destination
  • Build a leading relaxation retreat in the UK supporting our future vision of wellness.

The Longevity Project is the next major development for the NHMC Group. This project is a transformative eco-wellness destination being developed at the historic Milton Hall site in Carlisle. Designed as a low-density, scenic retreat immersed in nature, the project brings together sustainable architecture, restorative landscapes, and holistic health experiences to create an environment that actively supports long-term wellbeing and relaxation. Set across distinct natural zones, including woodland, plateau, and an ecology-rich pond, the resort blends contemporary lodge accommodation with world-class wellness and leisure facilities.

At its heart, the project aims to offer guests a deeply rejuvenating experience that nourishes both body and mind. The land is composed of a network of sensitively placed lodges designed for privacy, comfort, and connection with the outdoors which surround a central hotel building which hosts spa facilities, a yoga and fitness centre, thermal and hydrotherapy pool suites, healthy dining, and social space. Every aspect of the development embraces sustainability, from modular low-carbon construction and renewable energy systems to car-free internal mobility and protection of local habitats. Ultimately, the Longevity Project seeks to redefine wellness tourism in the UK.
